Return Policy
Any purchase of our printed publications and our publications on CD-R is final and we do not accept returns for refunds. Videos and DVD's should be returned only if the shrink-wrap is not damaged in any form. We do not refund on electronically transmitted material. Our security products are subject to our return policy for security products, we charge a $25.00 re-stocking fee. Our trucking software is also subject to our return policy for trucking software; we charge a $25.00 re-stocking fee. The software package cannot be returned for refund if the software was activated. In addition, we accept only returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for all eligible products. We do not accept returns for special orders like fixed king pin locks.
Shipping
We do not ship any products outside of the United States or Canada. Our printed material can be downloaded worldwide. United States military shipments only with a correct APO address.
